As a participant in this game, your primary objective revolves around launching attacks on opposing blobs and converting them to your own. This strategic conquest leads to dominance over the game board. You possess the ability to spawn a blob in an adjacent space or execute a leap into an open space one square distant. By clicking your mouse, you can select a blob from your team, which becomes highlighted, and feasible moves are revealed through darkened green tiles. Your chosen course is finalized with a click on the highlighted space. A single square move results in blob multiplication, generating a new blob while retaining the initial one's position. A two-square move, on the other hand, eliminates the original blob. After executing a move, any adversary blobs adjacent to your own are captured and transform into your own. Triumph is secured by amassing the most blobs when the board reaches full capacity. Should a move be impossible, you are obligated to pass, leading to the automatic occupation of empty spaces with opponent blobs and subsequent score calculation.
Within this game's framework, two distinct modes await your exploration: the 1-Player and 2-Player modes. The 1-Player mode presents an array of battle rounds, offering choices between one round, three rounds, or five rounds. The CPU stands as your adversary within this mode. Transitioning to the 2-Player mode, you are again provided with the liberty to select the number of rounds for the skirmish. This time, however, your challenger is another human player. Extend an invitation to your friend and engage in the thrilling blob battle side by side.
